• Execute internal audit engagements according to the annual plan;
• Perform the overview and analysis of the processes, risks, and opportunities through research and interviews with subject matter expert employees;
• Develop value-added recommendations in the audit report with the support of the Head of the internal audit;
• Preparation &presentation of internal audit reports;
• Facilitate action plan implementation through regular follow-ups.
• Pro-actively and efficiently communicating within finance/operations/ business functions teams;
• Promote Internal Audit as a competent and value-creating partner with other functions.

• University degree in Economics, Finance or other related disciplines;
• Relevant experience in internal audit/external audit/consulting more than 5 years;
• Team player with strong intercultural and communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at different levels and from different professional areas;
• Critical thinker and curious mindset, able to dive into new topics and approaches in a dynamic environment;
• Fast learning (able to quickly understand and analyze new processes);
• Analytical skills; ability to analyze big volumes of data, interpret, and summarize information;
• Ability to work on different projects in progress at the same time, with little supervision;
• PowerPoint, Word, and Excel knowledge;
• English Upper-Intermediate;
• Willingness to develop data analytics skills;
• Knowledge of SQL/ Python is an advantage.
• SOX experience is an advantage;
• Experience in e-comm or close industries is an advantage.
