Lead seasonal forecasting and budgeting for sales and inventory;
Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;
Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels, stock management Brand-portfolio development;
Keeping up to date with both on-line and bricks and mortar competitor activity and constantly reviewing the strategy in light of competitor activity;
Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers, seasonal commercial terms negotiations;
Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed;
Participating in promotional activities for brand-portfolio, manage activations with cross-functional departments Integrate business objectives and overall company vision into everyday working activities;
Writing reports and preparing presentations on demand;
Organize working processes inside the team and control the quality and timing of task performance;
Training and mentoring staff.
We expect:
Higher education;
4+ years fashion-related buying, e-commerce as a plus;
Managing a brand portfolio of 80+ brands;
Strong business acumen in channel distribution, net sales, margin, profit, and inventory;
English (fluent - business communication);
MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - intermediate user
Strong analytical skills;
High level of energy, motivation, flexibility, and proactiveness.
